Programme Management and Consultancy

Programme Management

Experience has proven that a dedicated resource is essential if development programmes are to be efficiently conducted and meet their milestones and registration goals. This is especially important if there are several partner companies or task force involved in a compounds development. One of the key functions in this context is to provide a focus for communication both internally and externally to the partner companies.

The functions of the programme management role are as follows:

  • Act as a focal point of contact for the client when required
  • Co-ordinate conduct of the project by monitoring progress and ensure effective communications internally and with the client
  • Ensure exchange of knowledge and experience between Study Directors to facilitate the conduct of the studies
  • Alert to scientific issues that require expert input and discussion
  • Communicate issues to client and management that may impact on project objectives

The level of involvement of the Programme Director can be tailored to meet the clients needs and demands of the programme.
